This Diploma programme in Business Studies will run for a period of six months
This programme is divided into tow parts and the first part focuses on hotel and catering supervision. This covers sessions around fundamentals of the hotel and catering industry, housekeeping and accommodation studies, restaurant services, front office operations and administration as well as food and beverage management. The second part is designed around hotel management and includes hotel and catering law, accounting, purchasing and cost control, human resource in hospitality, hospitality management and marketing for hospitality and tourism.
