Change isn’t just a linear process that can be broken down into a number of sequential steps to get you from A to B. It’s messier than that and involves understanding and managing the anxieties and emotional challenges inherent in making any meaningful transition. PAID-WA’s approach is to focus on developing effective, trusting relationships throughout the client system to enable us to engage with all members of a system in an honest way. This trust enables us to utilise tried and tested tools and techniques which allow individuals and teams to reflect on how they currently work and begin to adapt to meet the requirements of a different future.
